- Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to GienjiBot, including but not limited to the underlying technology, belong to Radiant Group, LLC and its licensors, including OpenAI for the use of their API. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GienjiBot in accordance with these terms.
- Privacy: By using GienjiBot, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with Radiant Group, LLC’s Privacy Policy and OpenAI Privacy Policy. You understand that your data may be used to improve the performance of GienjiBot and other services provided by Radiant Group, LLC and OpenAI.
- Modifications to Terms: Radiant Group, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Usage at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of GienjiBot constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.
- Termination: Radiant Group, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to GienjiBot for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of these terms or misuse of the bot.
- Governing Law: These Terms of Usage shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Radiant Group, LLC operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by a competent court within that jurisdiction.
